Day 1,
This is the first day of a critical life change for me. It will be starting my journey to a better life. I decided late last night to join a society to enhance what i didn't know. As of this morning I am particing in the Calorie Restriction Society. This society suggest how eating less means living longer. Internally that makes sense. I have watched countless family memeber eat lavish foods only to die before they are able to collect SSI.
Alright, I have my first day mapped out. Im going to the gym for a couple of hours, including using the hottub. Then after the gym I will make a minor stop to Walmart for the food scale needed for this program. I have also made plans to purchase the food calorie software for 750 for this lifestyle. It is drastic, but it is something that i want to do.
My future husband is also behind me on this.We figure if we maintain calorie count of daily amount of 1300 and work out about 2-3 hours daily 6 days a week, I will have something to mention. Also increase my water intake by 500%. I intend to drink one full glass of 8oz water before eating any meal. I also intend to drop 40lbs in 3months or less. Once i reach my ideal weight i will increase my calorie intake to 1800 daily and only work out 3 days a week.
